These terms apply to every purchase from Rugloops. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Rugloops is a brand of Layered Interio, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Layered Interio is the seller for every order placed on this website, and your invoice is issued in its name.

Our rugs are hand-made, so slight variations in colour, size (up to ±5%) and pattern are natural and not considered defects. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices without notice; the price at the time of order applies.

We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

All designs, images and content on this website belong to Layered Interio (trading as Rugloops) and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
