What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, shedding, or fading from direct sunlight
- Damage from pets, burns, improper cleaning or accidents
- Natural variations in colour and texture in hand-made products

Making a claim
Email layeredinterio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll repair or replace the rug, or refund it where a repair isn't possible.
