Ready-to-ship rugs are dispatched within 5–7 business days and usually arrive 3–7 days after dispatch. Custom rugs take 6–12 weeks.

Custom-made rugs are made to your specifications and cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.

Shedding is natural for new wool rugs and decreases after a few weeks of regular vacuuming.

Hand-made rugs have natural variations, and screens show colour differently. We're happy to send extra photos before you buy.
